Primary appraisal district

Tarrant County properties are initially supported through Tarrant Appraisal District. The platform is designed so additional appraisal districts can be added through provider implementations.

For the 2026 notice cycle, TAD stated that the deadline to file was May 15, 2026, or 30 days after delivery of the Notice of Appraised Value. Property owners should check the date printed on their own notice.

The case file tracks property data, ownership confirmation, signed authorization, evidence, generated documents, submission history, hearing dates, communications, and final value results.
